Trent has over 15 years’ experience as an environmental scientist, consultant, and project manager, working across a wide range of environmental and agricultural systems. His areas of interest include biodiversity, climate change and carbon farming, as well as environmental policy review. Trent enjoys tackling challenging problems and developing innovative, practical solutions with a strong focus on translating complex science and policy into clear actionable advice. When not at work, Trent enjoys being outdoors, exploring the landscape, and escaping to his family property to reconnect with country and recharge.
Lindsey loves all things freshwater. You want to see her get excited just mention fresh water food webs! Lindsey’s background in scientific research, corporate administration and human resources allows her to tap into diverse ways of thinking to find new answers. She enjoys working with people and teams to find innovative solutions to tricky problems; and bush walking and climbing, she enjoys those too.
Lucy loves plants. Or more to the point Lucy loves native plants. Or even more precisely Lucy loves helping to improve our native environment: surveying, mapping and modelling where our native plants are and should be. She patiently wades through legislative, environmental and development constraints to maximise outcomes for native habitat. On the weekends Lucy likes exploring local parks and trails with family and dog in tow, finishing the day with a nice wine.
Hanieh is passionate about spatial sciences and how they can enhance decisions and deliver scalable, practical and cost-effective solutions. Her scientific training in agriculture, soils and GIS brings a depth and breadth of knowledge from which problems can be understood and solved. She likes to roll with the punches, testing new ideas when old ones pull up short.
Helen brings together evidence, strategy and communication, drawing on broad experience across the agricultural, NRM, wildlife conservation and veterinary sectors. She makes scientific and technical information clear and useful, shaping strategy and policy, designing and evaluating programs, and helping clients respond to emerging issues with confidence. Helen loves a challenge and tackles complex projects with tenacity, working with diverse communities to turn intricate issues into practical action and deliver with meaningful outcomes. She brings clear thinking, sound judgement and a grounded, thoughtful perspective to every project.

Amy has over 25 years in operations and business leadership across non-profit, commercial and public service environments. She simply loves ethical food production practices and reading philosophy.
